For many years each Christmas I bestowed on my husband a photo calendar of the upcoming year. The calendar was filled with quotes and family photos and he eagerly anticipated the arrival of the year ahead in wisdom and memories. Not only did it serve as a log of daily appointments and scheduling, but also as a reminder of the joys and forces that were the focus of his personal life.

I did quickly get the dates I needed. Once this accomplished I treasured may calendar a while longer. With each month I had added a quote and highlighted photos of family members with birthdays this month, or events particular to the year past.

With no calendar for this year however, here are my efforts from a few years back: (baker’s dozen with the cover)
